Job description :
1- Meets and answers customer’s calls with a professional manner to identify customer needs.
2- Identifies customer complaints and do best efforts to solve it.
3- Coordinates with specialized departments to solve customer complaints and achieve customer satisfactions.
4- Contacts customers after services and insures customer satisfactions with service.
5- Contacts customers in different occasions and keeps good relations with them.
6- Maintains and computerized customer database for fast and easy search on customers.
