Sales Manager Vacancy
Job Description
· Search for new customers.
· Design and update customers’ sales database
· Follow-up customers’ accounts and the payment schedule in coordination with the Finance Section.
· Follow-up supply of the product from the factory to the customer sites.
· Resolve customer complaints regarding sales (After Sales Services).
· Determine price schedules and discount rates.
· Review operational records and reports for Concrete Products sales and determine profitability.
· Prepare budgets and approve budget expenditures.
· Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs.
· Obliging & push Sales Representatives to achieve sales target.
· Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.
· Preparation of advertising plan & its budget then reviewing it with GM.
· Good know how of the concrete industry & market especially for readymade concrete & concrete products (pre cast, Hollow core slab and concrete blocks)
· Capable of helping in making designs according to customers’ needs.
· Submit all required report.
