Job Description
Dispensing medication for the inpatients and outpatients. Reviewing prescriptions and ensuring the right dose, form, route and concentration is prescribed together with sign of the prescriber. Reviewing drug sheets daily with the nurses signature and ensure patients are taking right medication at the right time. Reporting medication errors to pharmacy manager. Performing on-site inspection for narcotics, medication boxes and crash carts. Ensure the right raising of medications on the patient account
Job Qualification
B.Sc of Pharmacy (Advanced: Post graduate studies in clinical pharmacy or hospital pharmacy)
