Job Description:
Technical Support (CS-Tech)
Solve all customers’ inquiries regarding Network issues, provide an end-to-end ownership to all inquiries till closure, post resolution call to ensure customer satisfaction And close case. Provide customer with appropriate options/right suggestions.
Requirements
• CCNA Background
• Very Good in English Language
• Graduate with a bachelor degree
• Job location will be in "Nasr City"
• Working hours: 8 hours. 6 days work one day off
Note:
