A Leading law Firm is looking for Billing Officer responsible for the Client Relation Development:

Job description: 
Client Development:
- Regular check on e mails of client development account.
- Assisting in drafting/preparing of new offshore/agreement letters.
- Follow up on pending offers with the liaison senior partner.
- Add any new offer to the offer’s log.
- Assisting in preparing invoices for litigation on a regular basis.
- Regular update on our office profile.
- Transaction briefing: upon the completion of each transaction, assisting in preparing a brief including “parties of the transaction, its nature, its values, working team involved, actual services rendered, duration of the transaction”

Billing:
- Controlling the data entry process of time sheets regularly.
- Follow up with the attorneys regarding their time sheet on a weekly base.
- Providing a full editing service “spell checking, capital letters, full name, etc”
- Consolidating of all time sheets before of by the 5th day of the next month.
- Preparing monthly time sheets report to managing partner and billing manager.
- Updating the reference book regularly.

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree.
- 3-4 years of experience.
- Excellent command of English language.
- Very good computer skills Word, Excel & Outlook
- Able to work under pressure.
- Able to work extended hours.
- Male
