-Responding and answering all types of enquiries (phone, email, social media) and giving out information about Zewail City and its constituents. Handling first level enquiries. Transferring enquiries and calls to relevant departments. Logging all enquiry types and calls. Cover for other Customer Service Assistant. Perform other tasks as assigned by Director Communications and the Communications team.
Job Qualification
-University Degree -Other Skills Customer Focus Communication and influencing Teamwork and collaboration Working under pressure Achievement and Delivering Results Ability to use of Microsoft Office suite
